April miles, heading towards ancient history

My quest to walk, virtually, across Europe to Africa was not going quite as well as I’d hoped. So far the year seemed to be beset with injuries of one kind or another.  Still, I was moving forwards, even if it wasn’t quite as fast or as far as I’d hoped. March ended a little over a mile outside Chateauroux in the Indre department in central France.
